Notes: Not going to lie, I was a little underwhelmed when I saw this posted as the Workout of the Day on the CrossFit Bloomington website. To be honest, it just felt a little too easy. I once heard John Welbourne say, there should be at least one thing about a WOD that kind of scares you. Nothing about this scares me in the least. I really want to challenge myself with each and every WOD I attempt. In my opinion, it’s the only way I am going to continually improve. If I am planning on competing in the 2010 CrossFit Games, I have got no time to do anything but continually improve. That being said, I do feel as though I went as hard as I could and pushed myself all the way to exhaustion.
